Choose Your PMG:
Start by selecting your favorite PMG design from our available options. If you're interested in a custom piece, use the chat feature to get a quote. Once approved, complete your payment through the link we provide.

Pick Up Your Molding Kit:
After your purchase is complete, head over to the lockbox and check in at the camera. The lockbox will open, giving you access to one complimentary molding kit for the row of teeth your PMG covers (top, bottom, or both).

Complete Your Dental Impression:
Follow the step-by-step instructions included in the kit to take your impression accurately and securely.

Drop It Off:
Once your mold is complete, simply place it in the drop box provided. That’s it!

Confirm Your Order:
After you've dropped off your mold, confirm your order using the confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
